Named in memory of James Montgomery Boice, who spoke at the first five conferences, the conference is sponsored by the George Whitefield Society in partnership with the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals.

Ian Hamilton (DD, Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary) is adjunct professor of Applied Theology at Greenville. He is president and professor of Historical Theology at Westminster Seminary, UK, and a minister of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of England and Wales. He served as Pastor of Cambridge Presbyterian Church, Cambridge, England, and Loudoun Church of Scotland, Newmilns, Scotland. He is the author of a number of books, including The Gospel-Shaped Life and The Faith-Shaped Life.
