Product Description
How can a sinner be accepted as righteous by a holy God? This question lies at the heart of the Protestant Reformation and remains a vital part of Christianity to this day. In The Lord Our Righteousness, Obadiah Grew expounds the classic Protestant doctrine of justification. And as he shows, the glorious basis for our justification is the righteousness of Christ credited to all true believers. With theological rigor and pastoral comfort, Grew helps us understand from God’s Word how our justification comes by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

“In clearly presenting the biblical doctrine of justification by faith alone, Obadiah Grew did well; by directing believers to use and apply that doctrine in their lives, he did still better. Yet this short volume offers even more, for it points to the best thing of all, a cordial to carry about in wearisome times: Christ, the Lord our righteousness.”
